Because every piece at Framed.photo is custom made to order, we can’t accept standard returns. But if your framed print arrives damaged or there’s an issue with production, we’ll act quickly and fairly to resolve it, so you can order with confidence.
Production or quality issue
If you notice a mistake or quality issue (for example: wrong artwork, incorrect size, framing problem, or print defects), let us know. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a fix; usually a reprint and/or reframing when needed.
Damaged on arrival
We pack every order carefully, but shipping can sometimes be rough. If your framed print arrives with any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help right away.
To speed things up, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (outside and inside)
Once we receive this, we’ll review it and confirm the next steps, typically a replacement or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Orders with incorrect details
Please double-check your selections before completing your order (artwork, size, frame choice, and shipping address). Since items are made specifically for you, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.
Our promise
Custom work should still feel safe to order. We stand behind the quality of what we make and the way we ship it. If something goes wrong due to damage in transit or an error on our side, we’ll handle it clearly and fairly.
